- It will be undertaken with skill, technical knowledge and be to industry standard.
- We take special care of your property and will leave it as tidy as we found it.
- There are no hidden extras and the job will be durable and work like it should.
If you have any concerns please contact us first so we can discuss your concerns and offer a solution to correct the problem.
We don’t charge a call out fee, however there is a minimum of one hour. So, save up all the little things and we can arrange a time to come to your property and get them all right √
Our handymen are charged by the hour for the time that they are working on your job. This includes collecting materials that are specific to your job. If we forgot something and have to go away, there is no charge to you. Your operator may need to answer calls whilst at your property and will deduct this time from your bill. We charge from the time we arrive to when we are cleaned up and ready to leave.
Your home is very personal, we appreciate this and ensure that your handyman has National Police Certificate clearance. You’ll know a FIXIT handyman, he will wear our uniform and drive a vehicle with our branding.
We ask that payment be made on the completion of your job. We accept cash, credit card and PayPal. We have a clever invoicing and receipt system if you have a smart phone you can pay by direct debit too. Please note our handyman do not carry change.
First we like to see all the jobs that you would like done. We can discuss the options a agree on how to go about it. We like to see you informed on how we are going and if you’re not home we can take photos of each step so you can see what was done. We take care to protect the areas we walk on and work in. Other than the fact your home is all fixed…you would know we were there.
Electrical is dangerous and changes to plumbing by a non qualified person can cause serious property damage. That’s why we leave this to a qualified trades person and a re happy to refer a trade we trust.
For peace of mind FIXIT handyman and improvements is registered with the ACCC and is fully insured. There isn’t a licence to a handyman. We hope that local governments will find a way to better regulate and keep the cowboys at home.
